Client feedback · Operating since 2002
Testimonials are the weakest form of evidence a provider can offer, because the provider chooses them. They are published here because clients took the time to write them, not because they should settle your decision.
If you want to test whether any of this is true, the offer at the bottom of the page is a scheduled call with a client running an estate like yours. That is a materially harder thing for a provider to arrange than a quote, which is exactly why it is worth asking for.
In their words
What clients have said
Quoted as written. Names and roles are published with permission; employers, in most cases, are not.

What they are evidence of
Three claims, and where to check each one
Grouped by what a reader is usually trying to verify, rather than listed chronologically.
Detection and response
The claim hardest to verify before you buy, and the one that matters at 3 a.m.
Network and delivery
Whether the transition actually lands, and how much of your year it consumes.
Assessment and assurance
Whether a report is specific enough to act on, or a scanner export with a cover page.
What is missing here, plainly. These carry a name and a role but no employer, and there are no written-up engagements behind them. That is a genuine limitation of the evidence on this page and no amount of design fixes it. The reference call does.
Questions we get asked
Client feedback, answered
Can we speak to an existing client?
Yes, and it is a better test than anything on this page. We will arrange a reference call with a client running a comparable estate — comparable in size and sector, so the conversation is actually relevant. We ask for it to be scheduled rather than cold, because our clients are doing us a favour.
Why do the testimonials not name companies?
Because we have permission for the name and role but not, in every case, for the employer. Publishing a company name without that permission would be a poor advertisement for a firm selling confidentiality. Where a prospect needs verification, the reference call above is the honest route and we would rather offer that than a logo wall.
Do you have case studies?
Not in the written-up form the term usually implies, and it would be easy to imply otherwise. What we can offer is a conversation with the people who ran a comparable engagement, which answers the questions a case study is written to answer and permits follow-up questions a document cannot.
How do you handle it when something goes wrong?
The same way we ask clients to handle it with us: say it early and in specific terms. Engagements do go wrong — a migration overruns, a detection misses, a change causes an outage. What distinguishes providers is whether the first report of it comes from them or from you.
Can we start small?
Yes, and we frequently recommend it. A single site, one function, or a controls review before any managed service is a reasonable way to test whether the working relationship suits you. It is also a cheaper way to find out than a three-year agreement.
What do clients most often say they wish they had asked?
Two things, consistently. What year two costs, because items that are complimentary in year one become line items later. And who specifically is authorised to act during an incident without waiting for an approval — because that is what determines whether a fast provider is actually fast.
Next step
Ask for the reference call
Tell us your sector and rough estate size and we will arrange a scheduled conversation with a client running something comparable. Ask them what year two cost and who was authorised to act during an incident — those two questions tell you more than this entire page.
