PrahiX Ora · Module 1 of 3

Ora SustainNetwork and infrastructure monitoring, on one operational view

Your infrastructure does not live in one place any more. It is spread across on-prem data centres, several clouds, edge sites and everything hybrid in between — and each piece tends to arrive with its own tool and its own blind spot.

Sustain pulls telemetry from every layer, from network packets to application performance, into one operational view. The gaps between tools are exactly where outages hide; this is how you close them.

Capabilities

Core capabilities

Six areas, monitored as one living system instead of a dozen disconnected ones.

Infrastructure observability

Metrics, logs and traces from every layer, correlated into one timeline instead of three open tabs. Ask what changed and when, and get an answer in seconds rather than a forensic afternoon.

Database performance

Query-level visibility and performance intelligence, so a slow application is traced to the statement causing it rather than blamed on the network.

Application health telemetry

Real user and synthetic monitoring tied to the infrastructure underneath, which is what turns “the app is slow” into a specific, fixable cause.

Multi-cloud orchestration

AWS, Azure and GCP alongside on-prem in the same view, with cost and capacity visible next to performance.

Server & VM lifecycle

Provisioning through decommissioning, including hardware health, firmware currency and capacity headroom.

Storage resilience

Capacity, latency and replication health, with recovery position visible before you need it rather than after.

What RAYA AI does here

Monitoring that only alerts is a pager, not a platform. RAYA AI is the layer that decides what deserves a human.

Smart correlation engine. It cuts alert noise by up to 80%, finding root cause and grouping related alerts automatically — so your team chases one incident, not forty symptoms. ML-based anomaly detection learns your baseline rather than applying a generic threshold.

Self-healing workflows. Common infrastructure issues fix themselves — services restart, caches clear, loads rebalance — and a human is pulled in only when judgement is actually required. Every action is playbook-driven with audit trails and rollback.

Against the tool you run today

Instead of a standalone NMS

Sustain covers the same SNMP, NetFlow and syslog monitoring, then correlates it against security and camera events an NMS never sees. For the managed service, see NMS services.

Alongside your ticketing system

It integrates with existing ITIL processes and ticketing rather than replacing them, so the incident lands where your team already works.

Multi-vendor by default

Cisco, Fortinet, Dell, HP and the rest — monitored from one place regardless of who made the box. See Cisco, Fortinet and Dell.

Feeding the wider platform

Infrastructure events land in the same correlation core as Operate security detections and Vision camera events.

Delivered by P J Networks

A platform still needs somebody awake

We deploy it, tune it to your baseline, and then operate it 24×7 from our own ISO 27001 certified NOC and SOC in Mayapuri, New Delhi — by named engineers who already know your environment. Doing that since 2002.

Sized on your estate

Scoped from real volumes, not a datasheet maximum.

Tuned, not just installed

Correlation tuned to your baseline — the difference between 40 alerts and one incident.

Co-managed or fully managed

Keep the console and let us work the queue, or hand over the lot.

Evidence for the auditor

ISO 27001 certified, with retention and reporting aligned to CERT-In, RBI, SEBI and DPDP.

Questions we get asked

Ora Sustain, answered

Is PrahiX Ora Sustain an NMS or an observability platform?

Both, and the distinction matters less than vendors pretend. It does what a network management system does — SNMP polling, NetFlow, syslog, device and interface monitoring — and what an observability platform does, in metrics, logs, traces and application telemetry. The difference from either category is that the same correlation core also holds your security and camera events, so an outage and a breach that share a root cause are visible as one incident.

How is this different from ManageEngine OpManager or SolarWinds?

Those are strong infrastructure monitoring products, and if infrastructure monitoring is all you need, they are legitimate choices. Ora’s difference is scope: Sustain is one of three modules writing to a shared correlation core, so you are not buying a monitoring tool and then separately buying a SIEM and a video platform that cannot see each other. If you are only ever going to monitor infrastructure, we will tell you so rather than oversell the platform.

Does it monitor multi-cloud and on-prem together?

Yes — that is the main reason clients move to it. AWS, Azure, GCP, on-prem data centres and edge sites appear in one operational view, which is where hybrid estates usually lose visibility.

Can P J Networks run it for us?

Yes, and most clients do. We deploy and tune it, then monitor it 24×7 from our Delhi NOC, escalating confirmed incidents to your team with the investigation already done. Retention is configured to the 180 days CERT-In requires.

What does deployment involve?

Collector placement, log and telemetry source connection, then tuning correlation to your baseline — that last step is what separates a useful deployment from a noisy one. We size it against your estate first and tell you what the realistic alert volume will be.
