Supplied, deployed and then actually run

We are not a fulfilment desk. Everything here is sized against your estate, deployed to a plan with a rollback, and monitored afterwards from our own ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certified NOC and SOC in Mayapuri, New Delhi — by engineers who already know your environment. Since 2002.

Sized on real numbers

Specified from your traffic, workload and growth — not a datasheet maximum.

Migration planned first

Cutover and rollback written before anything is ordered, around your change window.

24×7 operation

Monitored from our NOC and SOC, with named escalation.

Audit-ready

ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certified with the SOC in scope; logging and retention aligned to CERT-In, RBI, SEBI and DPDP.

Questions we get asked

Dell PowerEdge, answered

Rack, tower or modular — which do we need?

Tower suits a small or medium business or a remote office with no proper rack and no server room acoustics budget. Rack is the default once you have a rack and want density. Modular pays off at scale where you are consolidating many nodes and want shared power, cooling and networking. We size on workload and on what your site can actually accommodate in power and cooling.

Intel Xeon or AMD EPYC?

It depends on the workload shape. EPYC generally offers more cores and memory bandwidth per rupee, which suits virtualisation density and analytics. Xeon retains advantages for certain licensed applications and single-thread-sensitive workloads — and per-core software licensing sometimes makes the faster, lower-core-count part cheaper overall. That licensing maths is worth doing before you choose.

What does iDRAC give us operationally?

Out-of-band management: you can power-cycle, re-image and troubleshoot a server whose operating system is unresponsive, without sending anyone to site. Combined with our NOC monitoring it is usually why a hardware fault becomes a ticket rather than an outage.
