Yes — on-site in Delhi, Gurugram and Noida when it matters, remote management everywhere else. Our NOC and SOC are in Mayapuri, New Delhi, so escalation does not route offshore.
What certifications do your engineers hold?
NSE 4, 5 and 7 certified engineers configure and review the FortiGate estate — not a fulfilment desk. We have been operating in the NCR market since 2002.
Can you take over firewalls another vendor installed?
Yes, and we audit before we adopt. Nearly every estate we inherit has redundant rules, leftover any-any permits from a migration, and inspection profiles that were licensed but never switched on. You get that audit in writing before we agree a managed scope.
